- the right to object to the processing of personal data,
- the right to data portability,

From our side, we consider it necessary to explain to you that the above-mentioned rights are not absolute and will not apply to all activities related to the processing of your personal data. We emphasize that one of the rights mentioned above is always available to you – if you believe that we have violated the provisions on the protection of personal data in the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We ensure the implementation of all security measures and personal data protection required by the provisions on the protection of personal data. Personal data is collected with due diligence and adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons.
List of Entrustments
We entrust the processing of personal data to the following entities:
- Zenbox Sp. z o.o. – for the purpose of storing personal data on the server,
- KARPC Sp. z o.o. sp.k – for the purpose of using the invoicing system, in which your data is processed if we issue an invoice for you.
All entities to which we entrust the processing of personal data guarantee the application of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law.
Purposes and Processing Activities
User Account
When creating a user account, you need to provide your email address and define a password for the account. Providing this information is voluntary but necessary to set up an account. Within the user profile editing, you can provide additional information about yourself, such as your full name, billing address, and shipping address. Providing this information is entirely voluntary. You can have an account without providing this additional information. In such a case, when placing an order, you will need to enter this information manually.
The data entered by you as part of the user account is processed solely for the purpose of maintaining the account and providing you with the ability to use it. Providing data in the user account aims to facilitate order placement in the store by automatically filling in the order form.
The legal basis for processing your personal data within the user account is the performance of the account management agreement, which you enter into based on the store’s regulations – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Data collected in the user account is processed within the WooCommerce system and stored on a server provided by Zenbox Sp. z o.o.
Your data will be processed within the account for as long as you have the user account. After deleting the account, your data will be removed from the database, except for data on placed orders.
You can access your personal data processed within the account at any time by logging into your user account. After logging in, you can modify your data at any time, as well as delete it, except for data on placed orders. At any time, you can also decide to delete your account.
Regarding the data collected in the user account, you also have the right to data portability as mentioned in Article 20 of the GDPR.
Orders
When placing an order, you must provide the necessary data for order fulfillment, such as your full name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. Providing this information is voluntary but necessary to place an order.
The data provided to us in connection with the order is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), issuing an invoice (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), including the invoice in our accounting documentation (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), and for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Data contained in orders placed through the store are processed within the WooCommerce system and stored on a server provided by Zenbox Sp. z o.o.
If you have a user account, your order will be visible in the order history of that account.
Each order is documented in electronic sales records or invoices. Invoices are issued using the podatkipodatki.pl system. Invoices are transferred to the accounting office of KARPC Sp. z o.o. sp.k.
Orders are also recorded in our internal database for archival and statistical purposes.
Data on orders will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the order and then until the expiration of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract. Furthermore, after this period, the data may continue to be processed by us for statistical purposes. Also, remember that we are obliged to keep invoices with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose.
Regarding order data, you do not have the option to correct this data after the order has been fulfilled. You also cannot object to the processing of data or request its deletion until the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract expires. Similarly, you cannot object to the processing of data or request the deletion of data contained in invoices. After the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract expires, you may, however, object to the processing of your data by us for statistical purposes and also request the deletion of your data from our database.
You also have the right to data portability concerning order data, as mentioned in Article 20 of the GDPR.
Newsletter
If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide us with your email address through the newsletter subscription form.
The data provided to us when subscribing to the newsletter is used to send you the newsletter, and the legal basis for its processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) given when subscribing to the newsletter.
The data is processed within the MailBird mailing system and stored on a server provided by Zenbox sp. z o.o.
The data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe from receiving it, which will result in the deletion of your data from the database.
You can correct your data stored in the newsletter database at any time, as well as request its deletion by unsubscribing from the newsletter. You also have the right to data portability as mentioned in Article 20 of the GDPR.
Complaints and Contract
Withdrawal If you submit a complaint or withdraw from a contract, you provide us with personal data contained in the content of the complaint or statement of contract withdrawal, including your full name, address, phone number, email address, and bank account number.
The data provided to us in connection with a complaint or contract withdrawal is processed for the purpose of handling the complaint procedure or contract withdrawal procedure (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
The data will be processed for the time necessary to complete the complaint procedure or contract withdrawal. Complaints and statements of contract withdrawal may also be archived for statistical purposes.
Regarding the data contained in complaints and statements of contract withdrawal, you do not have the option to correct this data. You also cannot object to the processing of data or request its deletion until the expiration of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract. After the expiration of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract, however, you may object to the processing of your data by us for statistical purposes and also request the deletion of your data from our database.
You also have the right to data portability concerning data on complaints and contract withdrawals, as mentioned in Article 20 of the GDPR.
Contact via Email
When contacting us via email, including sending inquiries through the contact form, you naturally provide us with your email address as the sender’s address. Additionally, you may include other personal data in the message content.
In this case, your data is processed for the purpose of contacting you, and the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which is your consent resulting from initiating contact with us. The legal basis for processing after the contact is completed is the legitimate purpose of archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
The content of correspondence may be subject to archiving, and we cannot unequivocally determine when it will be deleted.
